
Mindful Meditation in the Preserve
In this class, teenagers and adults will learn about the basics of meditation: when it can be helpful, why it’s becoming so popular, and how to do it – and then engage in a guided meditation together. This class is designed for people new or new-ish to meditating. You’ll leave with strategies for developing your own meditation practice.
This class will take place outdoors, please dress for the weather. Participants may bring a cushion or blanket for comfort.
