Sunflower Bouquet Experience at Agritopia Farm

Join us for a collaboration experience with Rural Stems Flower Farm June 20 at 8am.

Jody Van Rijn owner of Rural Stems Flower farm with teach you how to create a beautiful bouquet of Arizona grown flowers from her farm to accompany the sunflowers that you will harvest that morning from Agritopia Farm.

The ticket includes flowers from Agritopia Farm and Rural Stems Farm, a vase, and supplies to build your bouquet to take home that day and enjoy. Jody with offer education on flower prepping and preservation for a long-lasting beautiful bouquet.

This class is for all ages, must have a ticket for entry. All sales are final.

Make Music Day at HD South

In honor of the annual nationwide event, HD SOUTH invites you to participate in Making Music at The Museum.  Music lovers are invited to perform individually or in a group to celebrate a national music collaboration. Whether you are a seasoned performer or a budding artist, this is a great opportunity to share your talent. Ages 12 and up. Registration is required; performer spots are limited. Musicians will need to bring their own equipment.

This immersive sound healing experience invites you to slow down, settle into the present moment, and allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments to guide you into a state of deep rest. Nestled among the plants, you’ll be held in a space that encourages grounding, reflection, and renewal.

Plants and sound share a beautiful relationship! Both invite us to reconnect with the natural world.

Just as plants remind us to root, grow, and thrive. Sound can help quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for balance and clarity. Together, they offer a gentle environment to nurture both body and spirit.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat (or two if you’d like extra cushioning, as we’ll be on a concrete floor)

• A pillow, blanket, or anything that helps you feel cozy and supported

• Water

• An open mind and a willingness to receive

Whether you’re new to sound healing or it’s already part of your wellness practice, this experience is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and leave feeling a little more grounded than when you arrived.
