Waldo’s BBQ

Founded in 1993, Waldo’s BBQ was founded by Clay Caldwell an Arizona Native Pig Farmer. While Clay is no longer the owner of Waldo’s, his legacy, recipes, and humor are still found throughout this mouth-watering BBQ joint! Waldo’s slow cooks their BBQ over mesquite wood and serves original desserts and side dishes that you have to try for yourself.
